Edwyn Collins will release his eighth solo album, Understated, through his own label AED on Monday 25th March. The album has been produced and recorded by Collins and Seb Lewsley at their West Heath Yard studio. It is his first since Losing Sleep was released to widespread acclaim in September 2010. In the last year the former Orange Juice man has also begun work on a film about is life and music titled In Your Voice, In Your Heart. He will also be appearing at the Philharmonic Hall on the 20^th April as part of a U.K. tour.
