Liverpool’s home-grown Food For Real Film Festival, the only festival of its kind in the U.K., returns for a fourth edition on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 March 2016.

Curetted by socially-engaged, creative food enterprise Squash Nutrition, the festival seeks to explore the environmental, political, health and cultural impacts of the foods we grow, eat, waste and share.

Food for Real is evolving and will unfold over 2016 with four special seasonal editions. Follow the festival journey through the seed-sowing and green-shoots of spring, the fire and spice of summer, the earthy fruitfulness of autumn and the contemplative stillness of winter.
