Five time Grammy nominee, Toots & the Maytals come to Liverpool this August and are sure to take the Olympia by storm as their unique combination of Gospel, Ska and Reggae music is going to add to the thought and appreciation of the title, legendary.

Frederick “Toots” Hibbert was born in May Pen in the Parish of Clarendon, Jamaica.  He was the youngest of seven children and grew up singing gospel music in a church choir, but moved to Kingston in the early 1960s as a teen.
