Truth is always stranger than fiction, especially it seems when it comes out of the state of New Jersey. From the shores of Cape May, through to the boulevards and gambling houses of Atlantic City to the alter ego and sometimes expensive reminder of American life in Newark. Truth is what keeps you out of harm’s way, talent, talent gets you noticed and when you have the ability to combine both truth and talent, that’s when you have a sure fire hit in Jersey Boys.

Rod Stewart certainly belongs in the pantheon of all-time greats of performers that have bridged both sides of The Atlantic Ocean. His music is as popular as it perhaps ever was and still gets performed live by a man whose life off stage is as interesting to millions as the music he has helped make musically immortal. That immortality will perhaps continue long after the end of the next decade and beyond with Ben Elton’s latest foray into the world of musical theatre in The Rod Stewart Musical, Tonight’s The Night.

If you just want a one sentence or even a word to sum up Legally Blonde, then can I just say phenomenal, must see, brilliant, and every other platitude that you will no doubt see on billboards and in papers for this exceptional and heart-warming musical.
