WDG are bringing a touch of pantomime magic to the Liverpool Fringe Festival. This is the magical story of Tinderella, on the hunt for a sexy fella. Sick of being single, she bags herself a hot date with Z-list celeb – none other than Made in Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews.
But before she can get her hair fixed, nails done, and fake tan sorted, disaster strikes! Her wicked stepmother cuts her benefits. Even with the help of Grindr, her Fairy Godmother, will Tinders make her date on time and, more importantly, will she be able to beat off her ugly stepsisters and get her happy ending? This is panto, but not for kids.
Written by David Jeffery, Louise Gregson, and Paul Arends, what started off as a silly idea in the Childwall Fiveways is now on its way to the Edinburgh Fringe, via the Liverpool Fringe.
We have just two performance dates at the Liverpool Fringe: Wednesday 6th and 13th June, 9pm at Frederiks, 32 Hope Street.
Tickets are £5 and can be purchased through the website, http://www.wooltondramagroup.co.uk/
