Kevin Critchley To Appear At Studio 2 On The 23rd October In Night Of Great Music.

Kevin Critchley opens his soul when he speaks to you, it is an endearing quality that is only surpassed by his ability to open up your own soul and the million thoughts that race around the brain each time he and his band step on stage and conquer the divide that lays between Rock and the hard place that exists in expanding the musical creation to a wider audience.

Liverpool understandably loves its music, it is sewn tight into the D.N.A. of those who call the city their own and it is a right that is grasped tightly for fear of it being taken away by jealous eyes of cities and towns that forgo their own burgeoning talents and try to wrestle away the Capital of Culture’s own unique stance in the arts.

Kevin Critchley is part of that young Liverpool scene that has flowered and blossomed since the turn of the Century and on the 23rd October he and the band will be launching the brand new and outrageously cool album, I disappear at Studio 2 on Parr Street.

One of the albums of the year, the sound is scintillating and measured, it has woven through each track the sense of the noir and the prize that awaits, the final lingering pay off is worth a fortune to the soul. One of the best young prospects around, this is surely a night to savour.

Support on the evening comes from Ellie Rose Smith and The Black Sheep.

As I disappear is released on Itunes on the 26th October 2015.

Tickets are available to purchase on the door at £8 or online at www.wegottickets.com/events/328880 at £5. For more information go to www.kevincritchley.com
