Following a run of summer festivals, the Kaiser Chiefs have confirmed a U.K. headline tour in February 2015, with nine new shows added to the previously announced London The 02 Arena and Leeds First Direct Arena dates. This tour will also see the band return to Liverpool’s Echo Arena for the first time since March 2009. Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday, August 15 at 9am.

The band opened Glastonbury 2014 before headlining the John Peel Stage and stormed Sunday at T in The Park, and this weekend Kaiser Chiefs are set for V Festival. The band will also join the Foo Fighters at the sold-out Invictus Games Closing Party on September 15^th ahead of a U.S. Tour and a European Tour in October. In December, Kaiser Chiefs will tour South Africa with Foo Fighters.

Ahead of the tour, which kicks off in Liverpool on January 31^st, a new single from Kaiser Chiefs has been sent to radio in the U.K., My Life is the third single from the band’s Number one album Education, Education, Education & War. The album was released earlier this year via Fiction Records. The single version of My Life mixed by Billy Bush (Muse, Foster the People) is set to impact on September 22^nd.

Tickets for the Kaiser Chiefs gig in Liverpool are priced at £27.50 and £35.00 and are on sale from Friday 15^th August from the usual outlets.
