‘Female Artist of the Year’, Natalie McCool, Announces Autumn Tour Which Starts In Liverpool.

To catch Natalie McCool on stage is one of those moments that makes life worth living and now the superb musician, who recently was awarded ‘Female Artist of the Year’ at the Liverpool Music Awards 2013, has announced a new U.K. tour for this Autumn which kicks off at The Kazimier in Liverpool on November 7th.

Natalie McCool spent her childhood years spent drawing together a fine fabric of influences from Jeff Buckley, Cocteau Twins, PJ Harvey & The Stone Roses, she rose up, and with a daggers aim, unleashed a formidable body of work – an enthralling sonic panorama that dislocates you into its gravity: at times controversial; yet always delivered with absolute conviction.

Natalie is a singular voice surrounded by a constellation of guitar; shifting from delicate fingerstyle beginnings to chorus drenched Johnny Marr-esque riffing. Natalie is lauded by every single music luminary that crosses her path- including recent acclaim from B.B.C. 6 Music’s Chris Hawkins & B.B.C. Radio 2’s Janice Long, and inspirational Guardian and ‘Louder Than War’ journalist John Robb.

Natalie McCool’s debut album is out now on C.D. & mp3 and available to download at http://hubrisrecords.greedbag.com/buy/natalie-mccool-2.

Support comes from Ravens and special guests which are to be announced. Ravens’ first public appearance was in support of the legendary former Cream bassist Jack Bruce at the Floral Pavilion Theatre, New Brighton on 22nd November 2012. The enigmatic trio’s debut E.P. was completed in June 2013 and was followed by a slot supporting Trembling Bells at Manchester Academy on 31st July.

Ravens’ sound has been described as “Quintessentially English” and the band cite influences from William Byrd to The Beatles and beyond.

Expect tales of clowns and fugitives; cold nights and confusion; lost minds and glorious mornings.
